LET BILLY’S BBQ CATER YOUR NEXT EVENT

All meats are slow cooked on our traditional offset smoker with seasoned Ironbark.

Self catering: We require 48hrs notice, meats collected from our Mt Cotton Restaurant or can be delivered to your home for a fee.

Thank you for considering our Smoke House restaurant Billy’s Bbq for your catering needs. We’re excited to provide you with our Self Catering option, which offers a convenient and delicious way to enjoy our smoked meats.

With our Self Catering service, you’ll receive whole meats delivered to your door just prior to your event, or you can collect them from our Mount Cotton restaurant. For a seamless experience, you’ll need a sharp long knife for slicing the brisket and two kitchen forks to pull the Collar Butts into mouthwatering pulled pork.

Delivery:

All our meat selections are meticulously delivered at the ideal serving temperature, presented within generously sized foil trays, perfectly suited for your dining needs.

Whole smoked beef brisket 4.5+kg $240 approx 20 servings.

Cape Grim Ox Beef short ribs $75 (3 bone rack, 3 servings)

Collar Butt pulled pork $120 (2.2+ kg) approx 12-15 servings.

Smoked Pork ribs $45 approx 2-4 servings 11-12 bones, (a minimum of 750grams)

Smoked Pork belly with crackling $195 (3+ kg) serves approx 18 – 20.

Jalapeño & Cheddar sausages (spicy) $8.50 each (180 – 200 grams)
